Reservations are confirmed with 25% deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Prices shown are for US funds by check, money order, or wire transfer. Cancellation policy: 30 days or more prior to arrival, refund less 20% (of total rent) administrative fee, 30 days or less prior to arrival, refund less 30% (of total rent) vacation by owner administrative fee.
